This exciting role goes to the heart of that; they seek a Director within Group Strategy to play a critical role in shaping and delivering the strategic agenda of the bank and fostering a culture of innovation.
This person will utilise their experiences in both the ideation and delivery of new, innovative products and ventures to help implement new practices and new methodologies into the Group Strategy team.
The right individual will also have a demonstrable background in senior stakeholder management and building trusted relationships at Board/Exec Committee level, team leadership and project leadership.
Candidates must have the following:
- Strong background in financial services – preferably banking
- Experience at a top-tier management consulting and/or strategy, corporate development or similar at a leading bank
- Hands-on experience in enabling innovation within a large organisation
- Proven experience leading complex, project-based workstreams
- Emerging markets experience or exposure, particularly in Asia, Africa, or the Middle East (preferred)
