You’ll have a degree in Psychology and a Masters with significant post qualification experience of delivering assessment and development projects, ideally gained from a consulting firm. Their key focus is assessment and personality psychology across recruitment and talent management, leadership and team development. The scope of the role will range from individual assessment and feedback for senior leadership roles, to assessment centre design and delivery as well as training clients in several psychometric profiling tools.

This is an ideal opportunity to play a key role in a firm which is well established yet looking to expand and open to new ideas. You’ll enjoy working with clients and would relish the opportunity to be the key contact for existing client relationships with an aptitude and interest in developing new business contacts and initiatives too. You are most likely to be currently working for a consulting firm (or have done so in the past) or a major corporate, or you may be working on a freelance basis and keen to return to a professional peer group. Whatever your background, you’ll have extensive knowledge of the assessment market particularly Hogan, and have the motivation and confidence to nurture additional consulting opportunities with clients. You’ll also enjoy staff management and development of junior psychologists in the team.
