For Individuals

My name is Liz Watt, and through my Executive Coaching practice I aim to support an individual through periods of change and development, providing a confidential  and secure space to explore a range of business issues. Committing to a coaching programme can have a powerful impact during a period of transition, and I work with you to establish your individual requirements and then tailor a programme that suits your requirements.

There are many circumstances in which you might consider engaging  an Executive Coach.  You may be at a career crossroads and Coaching could assist you in defining your future path; perhaps you are tangling with a management or personal development issue and would benefit from external input. Or maybe you would like help in preparing for a significant promotion.

My areas of expertise include:

  • Working with executives at career ‘points of change’; defining personal brand and impact;  managing work / life balance
  • Career coaching
  • Transition coaching for new Partners / business leaders
  • Working with senior women on issues relating to the retention and development of female talent
  • Post-parental leave – return to work coaching
  • On-boarding into a new position – ‘First 90 days’
  • Dealing with fears / concerns around commercial imperatives – eg business development, cross selling, embracing change
  • Post illness – dealing with a new reality
Specific Coaching Programmes

I run a selection of specific coaching programmes:

  • Future Life: Are you ready for the opportunities and challenges that retirement presents? This modular programme will help you put a plan in practice.
  • Future Talent: Aimed at the Rising Stars out there – this programme will help you negotiate the career ladder and provide the skills to make the most of your potential.
  • Future Health: A programme aimed at individuals returning to work after a sustained period of illness.
  • Future Parent: Returning to work after parental leave can be daunting for women and men. This programme will help you to successfully manage the transition.

How I Work

I am confident in my ability to impact positively into whatever challenges you face. To this end I start with initial phone consultation to establish the scope of your requirements and how we might work together.

  • If you are interested in exploring further, I offer a complimentary 45 minute session over the phone / Skype, or in person if you are in London.
  • Each client is different, but thereafter I offer either individual sessions of 1.5 hours or tailored programmes (typically 6 sessions). Price on application for these options.
  • Coaching sessions are ideally face to face at a mutually convenient location, but if this isn’t possible we can explore alternatives.

Contact me to arrange an informal discussion as to how we might work together.
