This public sector consultancy firm are growing into the social care field, and want to take people with strong and deep social care experience to build this new practice. This is and exciting time to be at this firm, you will be shaping the way the firm operates, as well as implementing vital change in the social care space. You will be looking at efficiency and effectiveness; you will have a key hand in preventing the poor care that can lead to headlines we read about daily.

The organisation has a very strong reputation and pedigree in public sector consulting and offering very good training and development. Opportunities do exist for individuals who can offer previous consulting experience in the social care sector, but the main criteria for this role is the ability to look social care service managers in the eye and say you understand.
