Don Leslie, Director
Don Leslie is a Heriot-Watt graduate who worked for Deloitte in Johannesburg, Edinburgh and London before moving into recruitment in the early 1980s. He recruited his first management consultant - ironically, for Deloitte - in 1983 and has specialised in this area of the market since then. Within the management consultancy team he works on recruitment for international development consultancies, defence consultancies, and other areas of public sector consultancy. He also looks after team moves. Don is an REC prizewinner, a former President of AIESEC, one of the founder-directors of BLT and first to the office kitchen when chocolate biscuits are on offer.

Angela Heath, Consultant
Angela graduated from Oxford University in 1994 with a degree in Modern Languages. She subsequently joined Fleming Asset Management, gaining a broad range of experience, most latterly in a Projects role, before joining the management consultancy team at Beament Leslie Thomas in 1997. Her recruitment experience has encompassed a range of industries and she has a particular interest in the areas of Strategy, Change Management and Media Consulting. She has also successfully undertaken a number of assignments for Trade Associations.

Catriona Cookson, Consultant
Catriona joined BLT in January 2004. She is a History graduate from Glasgow University who began a career in accountancy before seeing the light and transferring into recruitment! Catriona has fourteen years experience in recruitment: she started with a leading financial recruitment consultancy, followed by eight years with the recruitment arm of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, where she recruited for a range of public and private sector clients. Catriona's main area of focus is in financial management and transformation across all industry sectors, financial services consulting and customer relationship management. Out of the office she makes the occasional visit to the gym and is mastering the art of power kiting!!

Stephen Humphreys, Consultant
Stephen joined BLT in September 2009. He is a Geography graduate from the University of Southampton. He had a varied life before BLT, ranging from a strong involvement with AIESEC, to working as an outdoor activity instructor in South Africa. Stephen's main focus within the Management Consultancy team is public sector and government consulting.

Sarah Burgess (nee Nutton), Consultant
After getting married Sarah changed not only her name, but also her job and following three years at Top-Consultant.com she joined BLT in July 2010. While studying French and Management Studies at Leeds University she caught the travel bug and spent a year abroad working at HEC Business School as part of her degree, and then travelled around Europe, Central America and Australia on graduation. Sarah's main focus within the Management Consultancy team is Financial Services and Green consulting.

Jonathan Fernandes, Social Media Marketing Manager 
Jonathan graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a first class degree in Management Science with Digital Media Technology. Jonathan's main focus will be enhancing BLT's social media channels; making interesting content easily accessible to all. In his spare time you can catch him in the gym (unless of course there's some good football on!)

Geraldine Brown, Team Administrator
Geraldine is the Administrator for the Management Consultancy Team. She joined BLT in April 2001 from Marks & Spencer where she worked for over 7 years. She provides invaluable support to the very busy management consultancy team. Geraldine is the main point of contact for anyone calling the MC Team and is happy to talk to candidates/clients who just need to be pointed in the right direction.
