The Management Consultancy division of BLT has once again been voted the UK's Best Management Consultancy Recruitment Firm in Top-Consultant.com's 2009 survey. In addition, our director Don Leslie also won the award for Best Individual Recruitment Consultant this year!

Moreover, the survey showed that we do not only provide exceptional service for candidates, but also offer one of the most effective management consulting recruitment services to our clients. We were ranked a close second in terms of candidate reach, leaving larger recruitment firms such as Hays and Robert Walters behind us.
