Liz Watt Liz graduated from Birmingham University with a degree in English Literature and American studies and joined Citicorp Scrimgeour Vickers in a marketing role. Liz joined BLT just after the business started in 1988 and has focused on Indirect Tax throughout her career. Liz joined the main Board in 1996 and continues to run the indirect tax team.

Guy Barrand MA (Hons) Cantab FREC Guy joined the indirect tax team at Beament Leslie Thomas in January 1998 after leaving Jesus College, Cambridge with a first class degree in Classics. A Fellow of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, Guy recruits VAT and Customs specialists at all levels of experience for accountancy and law firms internationally as well as into commercial and public sector 'in-house' roles.

Emma Wade ACA After graduating from Leeds University with a first class degree in Maths, Emma joined the Leeds office of Andersen, on their graduate training programme. She trained for three years as a VAT consultant gaining her ACA qualification and worked for KPMG also in Leeds before moving down to London and joining BLT in November 1998. In addition to ongoing work with consultancy firms, Emma focuses on developing in-house recruitment and has worked with a range of businesses both in the UK and globally over the last few years.

Becky Smith Becky is the administrator for the Direct Tax, Indirect Tax and Company Secretarial Teams. She joined BLT in December 2007 from London Underground, where she was working as an Administrator. She has A Levels in Dance, Media and Photography and enjoys nothing more than going to view her favourite Choreographers' work. Becky is usually the first point of contact for both clients and candidates.
