Paul Grafton BA (Hons) CIPD Paul is a graduate with a 2:1 BA (Hons) Business Studies Degree and is also CIPD qualified. Having initially worked in HR, Paul realised his passion was in recruitment and selection and therefore went into financial services recruitment. In 1998, Paul moved across to the HR recruitment market, where he could utilise his HR knowledge and recruitment consultancy skills. Having worked at Macmillan Davies Hodes, and taking responsibility for developing their Leeds office, Paul has also worked at EJ Human Resources. In both roles he worked on middle and senior HR management roles across most industry sectors, including manufacturing, financial services, professional services, public sector, telecommunications and the retail sector. Now at Beament Leslie Thomas, Paul is managing the HR Recruitment Division, where he is continuing to develop long-term working relationships within the HR market, both with clients and middle management and senior HR candidates. With a strong belief in a focused quality approach, Paul continues to work across all industry sectors, offering clients a full range of resourcing solutions.
