Sheila Mandal
Sheila graduated from Cambridge University in 1992 with a degree in Economics. Following graduation, she joined the corporate tax division of Arthur Andersen in London as a trainee ACA. She subsequently joined BLT and has focused solely on the direct tax market, covering assignments in both the profession and commerce/industry. Having developed wide-ranging experience in the tax market, she is able to provide a good snapshot of current trends, allowing her to come up with creative ideas for clients and candidates alike. The recruitment process should be as smooth and hassle free as possible and with her open, efficient and friendly approach, she tries to make sure that this is the case.

Rebecca Smith
Becky is the administrator for the Direct Tax and Indirect Tax Teams. She joined the teams in December 2007 from where she was previously working as an Administrator for London Underground.
She has A Levels in Dance, Media and Photography and enjoys nothing more than going to view her favourite Choreographers work.
Becky is usually the first point of contact for both clients and candidates who require either of the Tax teams.
