MANAGER, PEOPLE AND CHANGE: Immediate start, London – £70,000 – £85,000 plus benefits and bonus

Do you have consulting experience? People and Change focus? And immediately available or with a one month notice period?

You must have external consulting experience specialising within People and Change. Your Change Management experience may come from a variety of areas – Behavioural and Cultural Change, The People aspects of Change as the result of a major systems implementation or perhaps even working with clients to establish their own in-house Change capability. It doesn’t really matter what your focus is as long as you can demonstrate that you can run a consulting delivery project, can build good relationships with clients and inspire your team to deliver high quality results.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone on the cusp of management level within the international development sector.

They are seeking a Managing Consultant – a chance to lead and contribute to a diverse range of projects and proposals for clients throughout the world – particularly in the hot spots of Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia.
