HEAD OF STRATEGY, Surrey – £60,000 – £70,000

Strategy consulting in the not for profit sector

Do you offer strategy experience with a good calibre consulting firm?

Do you have an interest (and perhaps even some experience) with the not for profit sector?

Would you like to combine the two to make a difference?

There are plenty strategy roles paying more money than this one, but not all of them will be able to make such an impact!

This is an opportunity to join an independent, international charity in a key role in their strategy team. You’ll bring a commercial lens to their strategy development offering a sound skillset in:

  • Global strategy development including the five-year global strategy development process.
  • Leading the strategy development for a network of international offices in a diverse range of geographies.
  • Developing recommendations around how the country portfolio may change in the light of potential merger / acquisition opportunities.
  • Managing a small team of direct reports and building good relationships with a wider community of colleagues.

Perhaps you’re a strategy consultant living out of a suitcase or an international development consultant looking for a more stable base, or perhaps you’ve left consulting and now looking for your next challenge. Whatever your background, you’ll enjoy the challenge of working with an organisation which has a real purpose and makes a real impact.

If you would like to apply for this role, please send your cv to Catriona Cookson, quoting CEC/13163.

Thank you for your interest in this role. Unfortunately, due to the volume of applications we receive we cannot respond to all unsuccessful applicants.
