UK VAT ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER, Birmingham/Nottingham

A unique opportunity to join a renowned business advisory firm. This highly collaborative company has a hybrid working framework that will allow you to manage your workflow efficiently. Your responsibility in this role will be the management of existing client portfolios and assisting with growing the practice further. Additionally, you will be expected to assist senior members of staff with client work and group management. Experience in VAT advisory work will be an advantage and you will need to demonstrate:

• Sufficient knowledge of UK VAT law, recent case precedent and HMRC guidance.
• A desire to refine your UK VAT skills through on-the-job coaching
• Technical research skills
• A proficient communication and written output style
• Passion to help colleagues and clients alike.
• Ability to consider and highlight further opportunities for business growth
