SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – Robotics/Automation start-up, London – £50,000 – £75,000 basic + two bonuses
This highly successful and disruptive international robotics/automation start-up has already begun revolutionising part of the automotive industry.
They have highly ambitious plans to grow even further and seek a charismatic and high-level business developer to help lead that next phase of growth from London.
The right individual will have a substantial record of sales success in B2B environments and have a background in a relevant industry space such as robotics, engineering, mechanics, automation, automotive, software etc
This role requires a laser-focused salesperson with the ability to close high-level deals, but is also a strategist, team-leader and relationship manager. A genuine passion for growing sales and relationships in these markets is also crucial.
Only candidates with the following will be considered:
- A number of years of B2B sales experience; probably 8-12 years in total
- A good track record within closely related industries ie: automation, engineering, software
- Experience in designing business plans and/or growth strategies for specific clients
- Experience in high level contract negotiations
- Experience of growing/hiring a team
