CUSTOMS TECHNICAL SPECIALIST – Essex based (with potential for some home working)

This unique aviation logistics company is looking for a new member to join the team. You will be working for large corporates and high net-worth individuals: ensuring that their highly valued assets are assessed, classified and evaluated in the most efficient manner possible. You will need a strong customs technical/advisory background in order to hit the ground running.

The day-to-day:

• Preparing the correct documentation.
• Keeping up to date with new customs legislation and developments.
• Developing strong relationships with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders.
• Providing support on customs issues.
• Representing the company both in the UK and overseas.
• Assessing current procedures and implementing new changes where needed.
