CUSTOMS AND TRADE SPECIALIST: Team Lead, UK, (predominantly home based)

A great new role with this leading Association to give line management support for a team of customs and trade specialists providing training, consulting and educational services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Line management responsibility for direct reports, including setting targets & objectives and probation meetings for your team
• Ensuring that all tutoring, training and consultancy services are delivered to required standard
• Assisting with assessing customer requirements, selection of correct services and assigning the correct Customs Specialists, based on skills and experience
• Collating any issues within your team and troubleshooting when issues arise

To apply you will need:

• Strong knowledge of customs and international trade, beyond just customs into other areas of international trade
• Strong presentation skills, proven record of delivering training
• Experience of directly managing others
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with experience of content development
• Proven experience of consulting on international trade matters
