ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, People, Culture and D&I Consultancy, London – Competitive Package + Equity Opportunities

We have an opportunity to join a research advisory firm focused on strategy and culture as part of their senior leadership team. Our client works at the forefront of developing sustainable solutions with market leading businesses across hybrid working, future of work, D&I and cultural change

They are looking for an Associate Director (Senior Manager level) to assist their leadership and help steer the firm as they continue through a period of expansion. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven consultant to take on more responsibility and ownership of client relationships.

Their core work focuses on people and change backed by scientific research methodologies. They have blended consulting acumen with research advisory to create in depth reports around their client’s needs.

Essential skills and knowledge required:

  • 7+ years of experience
  • Management consulting experience preferred in people and change,
  • Degree, ideally in a scientific subject e.g organisational psychology,
  • Experience with culture and D&I as part of previous roles or outside of work,
  • Analytical skills focusing on qualitative data sets,
  • Management experience and interest in developing consultants,
  • Project management and an interest in developing these skills further,
  • Stakeholder and client relationship management with the ability to upsell or develop current projects into further work
