Retained Assignments

An exclusive, tailored service most suitable for senior appointments. This is very much a targeted approach where a specific recruitment need has been identified.

Key features typically include:

  • Client meeting to establish brief, detailed assignment specification and timetable.
  • Preliminary interviews conducted by one of our Consultants.
  • Candidate Reports presented with Consultant's Comments covering shortlisted candidates' overall impression, motivations and successive career moves.
  • Candidates from advertising remain exclusive to specific assignment until an appointment has been made.


Priority Appointment Search

Most suitable when the client-company requires a successful, expedient solution for junior to middle management levels.

Key features typically include:

  • Detailed discussions with existing candidates either via telephone or in person.
  • CVs presented with Consultant's Comments covering candidates overall impression, motivations and successive career moves.


Standard Contingency

A complete review of our extensive and well-maintained database combined with networking our clients and candidates to produce a targeted short list of candidates matching the Client's specification. Alternatively, the introduction of an individual on a speculative basis, where the introduction leads to the appointment of the individual concerned (success only).


Advertised Assignments.

Producing an advertising campaign as part of a Retained Assignment or Database search.


Interim Staff

We can also provide interim contract and temporary staff services.
