Tariq has recruited in the Management Consulting arena since 2008, and leads the Management Consulting offering at BLT as an Associate Director. Following a Politics degree from Reading and a MA in International Security from Kings College London, Tariq lived and worked in both London and Singapore before joining BLT in 2014. He recruits internationally for a range of consultancies and corporates across the globe.

Tariq runs around for both pleasure and necessity, combining half marathons with dashing around after his young family, and enjoys reminiscing about his time spent drumming in a band in his youth.
