ADMINISTRATORS
Our Administrators play a key part in BLT supporting recruitment teams. You'll be embedded in a market-facing group, fielding calls, titivating CVs, placing advertising, organizing diaries and kicking the laser-printer. This means you'll be skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, have good keyboard skills, strong attention to detail, a friendly telephone manner, the ability to multi-task effectively, and the patience of a saint. SUMMER INTERNS - 2009
BLT is a boutique recruitment consultancy with strong market presence in 5 areas of professional service. We offer summer placements in our recruitment teams to EU citizens with fluent English who are contemplating a career in professional recruitment.
Your degree subject doesn't matter - previous interns have studied everything from economics to drama - but you must have an outgoing manner and excellent communication skills. Over the summer months you'll be exposed to the basics of recruitment - finding and interviewing candidates, taking recruitment instructions from client organizations, devising recruitment campaigns - whilst working alongside experienced BLT recruiters.
