Senior Consultant - £60-80k + non contributory pension, 30% bonus and benefits - Surrey with 10-30% travel

If strategic change is in your blood, you listen more than you talk and are a true people person then read on.
This great niche consultancy set in the heart of Surrey (40 minutes from Waterloo) is hiring for a Senior Consultant with 10+ years experience at the senior level to join their team. You'll be fluent in balanced scorecard and EFQM models and be able to instantaneously gain credibility with senior clients.
They work with leading FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 clients so you'll be adept at liaising with senior directors within blue chip organisations. You'll have that gut instinct of being able to look at a company and come up with recommendations quickly and effectively and communicate these to your clients so they make long lasting change.
Your CV will include:
Extensive change consulting experience, preferably external facing AND in house
Adept at facilitating workshops to work with clients to deliver change
Experience will all be in the private sector with large blue chip organisations
Excellent academics, top class university degree with the intellectual horsepower that follows
A proven track record of building accounts and delivering on time and on budget
Experience managing teams and complex project workstreams
